Please note -

• Nominal AL1 operation is assumed, based on a 5V supply at 20°C.
• Full battery capacity is taken to be available without significant voltage drop.
• Due to the AL1's very low power consumption, calculated battery life may exceed its shelf life.
• System current represents the user specified electronics, eg microprocessor, display, communications, etc (also assumed to run from 5V) and its power and energy is calculated separately from the electro-mechanical system as shown below. The calculation of battery life takes into account both the system and electromechanical usage.
• These calculations are estimates only and should be verified in the target application.
