Audit Trail
Monitoring, management and programming of locks and keys made easy
Each user requires only one programmed key/ibutton for use on any number of locks.
Changes to user access privileges are transferred easily using command key, which can also be used to retrieve audit data from any lock in the system
Information Storage
Each lock automatically stores a maximum of 2500 rolling transactions. Once the 2501st transaction is conducted, the 1st transaction is removed from memory – and so on.
Retrieving Information

When the Command Key is presented to a lock's ibutton reader audit trail data is simultaneously downloaded from the lock to the Command Key.
The Command Key is then presented to the PC/USB ibutton reader, thus allowing the audit trail information to automatically upload to the EasyTrax software.

PC Based Programming of Locks and Keys

Once keys and locks have been set up, neither lock nor keys need to be physically present to make changes to access privileges. All set up and maintenance of access privileges are done on the EasyTrax software from your PC
Changes in access privileges are then transferred to the lock by a single Command Key which also, simultaneously retrieves audit trail data from each lock for uploading back to the software
